If open water sessions cannot proceed due to unsafe weather conditions, or pool sessions are cancelled due to facility closure beyond our control, we will endeavour to reschedule the session. If rescheduling is not possible within your available dates, a pro-rata refund or credit towards future coaching will be offered.

3.4 Rescheduling by the Client:

If you wish to reschedule your coaching sessions after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate you subject to availability. However, rescheduling requests made within 7 days of your first scheduled session may be subject to additional pool hire charges if already committed.
