performance sports coaching
Developing your speed and efficiency
Better performance starts with better fundamentals. We specialise in technical correction and step-by-step skill development for Masters, age-group, fitness and open-water swimmers, for triathletes, and for para and adaptive athletes. Our aim is simple: to find what is limiting your speed and efficiency, show you exactly what needs to change and why, and then work with you until the change holds under pressure.
Coaching is available as 1-to-1 drop-in sessions, 3, 5 and 7-day technical courses for individuals and groups of up to 12, and online personal coaching for those who train elsewhere. Sessions start at £99, and courses start at £390 per person, with video analysis included in every course.
Our coaching services
Swimming
For Masters, age-group, fitness, open-water and para swimmers
Gains in speed and efficiency are proportionate to gains in technique, which is why we start there:
- We identify what is limiting your efficiency, rather than what is merely noticeable.
- We film you above and below the water so you can see precisely what to change and why.
- We target the adjustments you will feel in the same session, not in six months.
Triathlon
For Ironman, 70.3, standard and sprint athletes
We work on the technical proficiency that regular training rarely has time for, across all three disciplines:
- Swim: breathing, timing, propulsion, pace control and open-water skills.
- Bike: efficient pedalling, pace development and handling.
- Run: stride length, foot plant, drills and economy of effort.
Plus transition practice, which is the discipline most athletes never rehearse.
Online personal coaching
For anyone with a specific performance goal and the commitment to reach it
Coaching that fits your life rather than the other way round:
- Bespoke programming built around your goal, your ability and the time you actually have.
- Purposeful daily sessions with clear, measurable targets and the reasoning behind them.
- Regular review of your data and video so the plan adapts as you do.

Robin Brew
International coach, Olympic swimmer, professional triathlete
Robin competed for Great Britain at the 1984 Olympic Games, set a new Olympic record, won 30 national titles and turned professional in triathlon in 1986. He has coached since 1988, holds an MSc in Coaching from Loughborough University and has worked with swimmers and triathletes from beginners to Olympic and Paralympic medallists.

Natasha Brew
Detailed video analysis
Natasha films every athlete above and below the water or in individual disciplines so that what you feel in the water or in the action can be compared with what is actually happening. It is often the moment a technical change finally makes sense.

Precision coaching. Proven craft.
Our promise
We will work with you every step of the way, explain the reasoning behind every change we ask you to make, and be honest with you about what is realistic and what is not. Improvement is rarely a straight line, and we would rather you understood why than simply followed instructions.
Our method
We use our 5 Pillar Method to break performance plateaus. It combines Robin’s four decades of coaching with Natasha’s video feedback to address the root cause of a technical inefficiency rather than its symptoms, so that you understand the mechanics behind every change and can reproduce it without us standing on the poolside.
Our 5 Pillar Method
We work with you to identify, visualise, execute, sustain, and progress towards your performance goals.
